WFCRC Club Reliability Trial – Sunday 13th Feb

After a short Covid enforced absence it’s great to see the return of our club reliability ride on Sunday 13^thFebruary 2022.

Sign on will open from 9.15am- fast group leaves at 10.00am, middle group at 10.05am, steady group at 10.10am. Entry fee £5 non member, concession of £3 for current paid up WFCRC members (must have valid 2022 membership).

The route is largely the same as previous years except we will now return via Bewdley rather than down the bypass given feedback from the last time we ran the event.  The rest is unchanged.  Updated route file is available via strava and ride with GPS.

Route overview

Starting at Stourport Sports Club, The Kingsway, Stourport, DY13 8BQ. Out through the town centre and towards Gt Witley, over Abberley, to Stockton, Newnham Bridge, straight on past Tenbury and a right/left SO at Wooferton crossroads. The route then curves gradually south to Leominster, joining the Ludlow road for a mile then right for Leysters and Tenbury Wells.   Over the river, right turn back to Newnham Bridge, then left towards Kidderminster, climbing to Clows Top, through far forest and down into Bewdley town centre, through the town and over the severn and then first right along Stourport ride until you reach the traffic lights.  Turn right at the lights and straight on at the roundabout towards Stourport. On reaching the next set of traffic go left direction Kidderminster back into Kingsway and the event HQ at SSC
