We are approaching that time of the year when we host our Annual General Meeting (AGM) – this is scheduled to take place on Monday 26^th September  at 7pm at Stourport sports club and all members are welcome.

The AGM is an important opportunity to find out about the latest developments at the club, have your say in its running and to discuss any new ideas for the year ahead.

There is no secret to how the club is run. We are a small, open committee of volunteers that do our best to pull it together. We like keeping things simple and putting the future of the club at the heart of everything we do.

However, we really want every role on the committee filled by a different person, to reduce shared roles and get more club members involved with how the club is run to drive it forwards and grow into the future. Please don’t think that by coming to the AGM you are likely to have a committee role thrust on you! That’s not how it works, but we always welcome more members and fresh ideas.
