It’s that time of year again!
As we emerge, chrysalis-like, with the welcome return of spring, it’s time to engage those months of winter training(!) and test our early season fitness with the very popular WFCC Reliability Rides.
Entrants have a choice of road rides according to their preference:
As always we will be running an extensive Senior road ride which encompasses a number of entertaining local climbs as well as some very fast flat sections, all through beautiful rolling countryside on a wide westerly loop. You can see the Strava route HERE.
For those who’d prefer something a little less strenuous, there is also the option of the Social ride. This is a northerly foray to the wilds of south Staffs which sticks to quieter lanes but which still offers a number of stimulating ups and downs through lovely countryside. Finally, and building on the great success of last year’s inaugural event, we will once again be running a Gravel Reliability ride. This route is all-new for ’26 and has been both curated and extensively tested by our resident gravel / off-road expert who will also be on hand to assist and guide throughout the day. The entry fee is just £5 per rider and includes a non-alcoholic cold drink or a hot drink of your choice at the finish, plus a generous selection of essential post-ride nutrition.
