WFCRC’s Own Spring Classic – Revamped and Expanded!

WFCRC’s 2025 Reliability Ride event includes improved routes and a brand new challenge for those who prefer off-road cycling.

Firstly the event now offers no less than three ride options: the Senior and the Social (at 58 and 27.5 miles respectively) are both road routes. For the first time ever, we are also offering a Gravel Ride, which offers a mixed-surface option of around 30 miles. In addition, this year we will also run a Youth Ride on our wonderful cycle track, where the under-16s can find out how many laps they can complete in 90 minutes!

For all participants – please note that cycling cleats may not be worn in the clubhouse. Obviously all are welcome to use the facilities but please either change your shoes before entering or just leave your cycling shoes in the entrance – there are heated floors throughout so you’ll still be nice and warm! Thank you.

The road routes are also slightly different from previous years in that they no longer return to the club via the Bewdley bypass, instead using much quieter lanes which will bring riders back through Stourport via Heightington. Strava routes for all three follow, just click on the link:

All rides will leave the club together at 1000, sign-on from 0900. £5 per rider to include post-ride refreshments in the clubhouse.
