This week the adventure is gentle. We're enjoying the forecast sunshine on a nice short route that takes in Bromsgrove and Barnt Green. As usual on one of my 'flat' routes there are a couple of tests on the out leg to stretch those muscles. Nothing too difficult for riders of your stature though. 2B or not 2B, our beginner 100 miler a few years ago was a huge success and resulted in several new riders reaching the century milestone.
