On Saturday June 20th, three WFCC members joined the Beacon RCC on their annual ‘Weston In A Day‘ ride to Weston Super Mare and back. They departed at 0450 and returned home at 2300, after nearly fourteen hours in the saddle and having covered over 220 miles at an average speed of 16mph.
One of the WFCC members was Ken Bradbury, a former Cat 1 racer and still an active competitor.
Ken recently turned 75.
