After the exertions of a Saturday century some cycle rehab is often needed.  This new variation of routes to a familiar location fits the bill admirably. Gentle lanes by way of Droitwich and into Worcester to avail ourselves of refreshments at the excellent Be The Change cafe.

The return is just as gentle featuring country lanes and minimal main roads as we wend our way through our beautiful county and home.

Easy like a Sunday morning should be if Lionel was along for the ride. The weather should be dandy and the company pleasant, what more could you require. If you’re extra nice someone may buy you a coffee and and an ethically

sourced cake.
